A free 15-minute appointment is available to discuss services offered and to see if we seem like a good fit to work together.


Access is through the building entrance on 4th Avenue. Select the 3rd floor at the elevator panel between the elevator doors. The kiosk will provide an elevator number to take (there are no floor selection options inside the elevator cars). The elevator numbers are displayed above the elevator doors. 

The building is wheelchair accessible through the parking garage only. The office suite is wheelchair accessible. Parking vouchers are provided for those requiring wheelchair access.


Street parking, as in most city settings, is limited. There is paid parking under the building. The parking entrance and exit are from Lenora Street.

Light Rail

The nearest light-rail station is Westlake station. It is 0.4 miles or about an 8-minute walk away.

The light-rail station with the most bus connections to the office is University Street Station, with connecting service on the 5, 28, 40, 62, and 120 Metro bus lines. 

Bus Routes

Metro and SoundTransit bus stops are on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Avenues near the office. Each of these stops are within one to three blocks of the building.
